Born in Virginia in 1783 Died in Campton, Wolfe County, Kentucky, in 1861 He married Lydia Harper, a full-blooded Choctaw.
One of the first settlers of Wolfe County to construct the first log home in Wolfe County in 1818. He fought in the War of 1812.
