The man in the second row middle smoking a pipe is Porter Center(born 1897) and the guy behind him in the black shirt is his brother, Dan Center (born 1892).
The man on the far right on the front row is my grandfather, John Samuel Carroll, son of Dr. Jonathan Richmond Carroll and Jane Smith Carroll. He was born 1892 and died 1955 in El Campo, Texas. The young man in the uniform on the left on the front row may be his brother, Marvin Carroll, but I'm not sure.
