Ova Kenneth Spencer

This is a picture of Ova Kenneth Spencer the son of HC and Ellar Spencer while he was stationed near Esticada Oregon on Mt. Hood. Kenneth and many other young men from this region joined the CCC's during the 1930's to help provide income for their families.
