OBITUARY: Little, V. Marie Adams - Sunday, October 29, 2006 Submitted by: Norma Adams ********************************************************************* V. Marie Little Services for V. Marie Little, 92, Walton, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Gundrum Funeral Home. She died at 3:18 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, 2006 in Miller's Merry Manor. Born Feb. 20, 1914, in Campton, Ky., she was the daughter of Leonard J. and Grace E. Stamper Adams. She was married April 3, 1936, in Peru, to Norman E. Little, who preceded in death June 5, 1973. Mrs. Little was a homemaker. She was a member of Onward Christian Church and a past member of Walton Eastern Star. Surviving are two sons, Morris Little and his wife, Carol, Logansport, and Jerry Little, Walton; three sisters, Bonnie Rush and her husband, Ray, Logansport, Anita Gose, Middletown, Ohio, and Wilma Edwards, Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; three brothers, Jack Adams, Walton, Rodrick Adams and his wife, Norma, Middletown, Ohio, and Robert Adams and his wife, Teresa, Trenton, Ohio; six grandchildren, Cathy Palmer and her husband, Patrick, Indianapolis, Cindy Durand and her husband, Richard, Blaine, Minn., Timothy Little and his wife, Rhonda, Crawfordsville, Thomas O. Little, Fishers, Sarah Kitchel and her husband, Eric, Logansport, Suzannah K. Leicht and her husband, Josh, Kokomo; and nine great-grandchildren. Three sisters, Mary Grim, Ruby DeLisle and Betty Ewen, and one grandchild, Edward Morgan Little, preceded in death. The Rev. Rod Mason will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Deer Creek Cemetery, Onward. Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Onward Christian Church.
