Tina Chrisman 

Mrs. Tina Chrisman, 96, of Middletown, passed away at Middletown 
Regional Hospital Monday afternoon, May 10, 2004. 

She was born in Campton, [Wolfe County], Ky., on Feb. 17, 1908, the 
daughter of John and Elizabeth (Johnson) Bush. She was retired from the 
laundry department at Middletown Regional Hospital. 

She is survived by a sister, Ruth Lord of Dayton; and two granddaughters. 

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy Wilkins; her second 
husband, Earl Chrisman; and by a son, James Ray Wilkins. 

ARRANGEMENTS: Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 
at Woodside Cemetery. 

Arrangements are by Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.
