ALLEN, Sarah Elizabeth Age 81 of Middletown, died Sunday, March 12, 2006 at 
Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Campton, Kentucky the daughter of Burse 
Banks and Barbara (Taulbee) Banks. She worked as a punch press operator 
for Hamilton Plastics. Mrs. Allen was a member of the Rufus Street Church of 
God. She is survived by three sons, Eugene (wife, Jenny) Allen Jr. of 
Franklin, James Allen of Middletown and Thomas W. Allen of Middletown; 
a step-daughter, Ruth Post of South Carolina; two grandchildren, Patrise 
Allen and Thomas Joseph "T.J." Eugene Allen; three stepgrandchildren, 
Karen, Donette, and Terry; a sister, Ginny Shepherd of Middletown; and 
numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 
her husband, Eugene Allen in 1958; two sisters, Mary South and Eileen 
Banks; three brothers, Virgil Rose, Edgar and Estill Banks. Funeral services 
will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. 
Visitation will be from 6-8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. 
Interment will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
