Submitted by: "Norma Adams" ********************************************************************* TIPTON, Sarah Alice Age 81, of Clayton, passed away Monday, July 3, 2006 at Englewood Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Tipton, Jr., by her parents, Oscar & Ethel (Ratliff) Bowe & by a sister, Melvina Mae Turpin Nelson. She was a member of the Brookville Full Gospel Church of God and she retired from both Harrison Radiator and as the Cafeteria Manager for Globe Industries. She is survived by siblings, Thomas Woodrow Bowe, Dayton, Nora Branham & Wendell Bowe, both of Campton, KY; aunt, Ruby Vancleve, Mt. Sterling, KY and numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday, July 7 at the Brookville Full Gospel Church of God with Pastor Kevin Nelson officiating. Interment in Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon. Visitation 6-8 PM Thursday at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. If desired, donations may be made to the church and envelopes will be provided.
