OBITUARY ON RUTH FAULKNER FROM THE MIDDLETOWN (OH) JOURNAL 7/8/09

Ruth Rose Faulkner, age 78, of Miamisburg, OH passed away July 6, 2009 
at her residence. She was born September 6, 1930 in Malaga, KY. She was 
a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents, Charlie and Eva 
(Mullins) Rose and a sister, Pauline Godsey. She is survived by four 
children, Debbie Jeffery of Miamisburg, OH, Steve Faulkner of Middletown, 
OH, Michael (Kristi) Faulkner of Sarasota, FL, and Lisa (Cal) Fancher of 
Florence, KY; ten grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one great-great 
grandson; two brothers, James (Jeanette) Rose of Trenton, OH and Charles 
(Evelyn) Rose of KY; special niece, Ellen Holbert; and many other nieces 
and nephews. Visitation will be July 9, 2009 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the 
Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, OH. Funeral services 
will be July 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be 
at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to 
Hospice Care of Middletown, 1131 Manchester Ave., Middletown, OH. 
Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
