Obituary: Lawson, Mary Jo (Tester) - died - Thursday, June 23, 2005 June 25, 2005 Saturday Middletown Journal, Middletown, Butler County, Ohio Submitted by: vivianmoon@juno.com ********************************************************************** Mary Jo (Tester) Lawson Mary Jo LAWSON, age 64, of Farmersville, OH, went to be with her saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, on Thursday June 23, 2005. Mary Jo was born November 25, 1940 in Campton, Kentucky to Oliver B. and Pansy M. (Madden) Tester. Mary was a devout Christian and attended the Miamisburg Assembly of God. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend to everyone she met. She retired from General Motor - Inland Division in 1993 after 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father Oliver; and 3 brothers, Johnny, Benny and Donald Tester; and her great-granddaughter, Samantha. In addition to her mother, Pansy of Middletown, she is survived by her husband of 46 yrs., Bill Lawson, Sr.; 2 sons, Michael (Pamela) Lawson of Kingwood, TX and Bill (Kristine) Lawson of Austin, TX; her daughter Amber (fiancé Eric Salmons) Lawson of Franklin, OH; 10 grandchildren, Ben, Berek, Jess, Michael, David, Jordan, Arizona, Nicolas, Deric and Amanda; her great gr! andson, Matthew; numerous friends and other relatives. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday at the Dalton Funeral Home, Corner of State Route 4 & Weaver Rd., Germantown, where the Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, with Pastor John Swint officiating. Burial Woodside Cemetery.
