He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Eliza Scott. Lowell was the beloved father of Denzil Wheeler, Orville & Laura Wright, Michael Hankins, Mary Park, & Ronnie Wright. He is also survived by his siblings, Wendal Wheeler, Liza McNealy, and Linnie Mae Williams; grandchildren, Jamie Wheeler & Josh Wheeler and their children; step- grandchildren, Orville J. Wright, Christine Grossarth, Sharon Wright, Renee Wright, Jenny Fallo, Brandon Wright, Christopher Partin, Eugene Park, & Ashley Park; and many other family members and friends.
