JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON HELEN SWEENEY FROM THE MIDDLETOWN (OH) JOURNAL 10/11/07 Helen (Risner) Sweeney, 74, of Trenton, OH died October 10, 2007, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Rose Fork, KY on June 17, 1933 to parents Lee and Stella (Trent) Risner. Mrs. Sweeney worked as a cabinet maker at Hamilton Fixtures for 15 years, retiring in 1998. Helen is survived by her husband, Ray Sweeney of Trenton, OH and their devoted dog, Libby; two sons, John (Brenda) Arnett and Larry (Lisa) Sweeney, both of Trenton; her mother, Stella Risner of Lee City, KY; five sisters, Maxine McGuire of Clay City, KY, Fern (Charles) Wheeler of Middletown, OH, Nellie (Phil) Wooldridge of Campton, KY, Mary Risner of Lexington, KY, and Sharon Crase of Campton, KY; one brother, Darrell (Sandy) Risner of Camden, OH; granddaughters, Shannon Arnett of Trenton and Heather (Michael) Krammes of Charlottesville, VA; grandsons, Chuck Sweeney of Middletown and Steve Brown of Orlando, FL; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends whom she loved very much. She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Risner; brother, Carl Risner; and sisters, Pauline Shockey and Wanda Roberts. Funeral Service will be held October 12, 2007 at 1:00 PM at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.) with Reverend Clay Colwell officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420-1885.
