He was born April 14, 1922, in Rockhouse, KY, son of the late Robert and Goldie Coffee Patrick. He was retired employee of Champion Paper. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Oldfield Patrick of Hwy 203, Hazel Green, KY; two sisters, Jeanette Patrick of Middletown, OH, Shirley Wadell of Cincinnati, OH; one brother, Chiles Patrick. Funeral service, 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 17, 2005 at Potter Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Oldfield Cemetery, Hwy 203, Hazel Green, Ky. Visitation 6 pm, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005 at the Funeral Home.
