MRS. TRENT DIES IN MICH.
 
Katherine Spencer Trent, 82, d. Aug. 9 at Wayne General Hospital,
Romulus, Michigan, after an extended illness.  She was the widow of
Menifee Trent and had been staying with her son after the death of her
husband about two years ago.  She was native of Wolfe County and had
lived in the Maytown section for many years.
 
Survivors are two sons, Quentin Trent, of Romulus, Mich.; Kermit Trent
of Brockton, Mass; two sisters, Letha Blankenship of Shiloh, Ohio, and
Miss Girlie Trent of War Ceeek, Ky, three grandchildren and one great
granddaughter.
 
Burial in the O'Hair Cemetery at Trent with Shackelford Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
