Otis E. Napier, 90, Campton d. Dec. 9 at the Veterans Hospital,
Lexington, after an extended illness.
 
Mr. Napier was a World War I veteran, and a retired farmer.
 
Surviving are two sons, Delmar Napier, Franklin, Ohio, Kendall Napier,
West Carrollton, Ohio.  Four daughters, Avel Hays, Campton; Eunice
Oliver, Campton; Ruby Kincaid, Rogers; Ida Hatton, Ohio.  One _______,
Arnold Napier, Campton.  Two sisters; Leona Hobbs, Middletown, Ohio;
Elsie Booth, Beattyville.  Twenty grandchildren; twenty-four great
grandchildren.
 
Burial in the Duff Cemetery, Campton, KY, with Shackelford Funeral Home
in charge of arrangements.
