Obituary: Chapman, Pearl Madden - Friday, March 2, 2001 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** Pearl Chapman Mrs. Pearl Chapman, 87, of Middletown, passed away Friday, March 2, 2001, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born on Nov. 28, 1913, in Wolfe County, Ky. Mrs. Chapman was a retired practical nurse and a homemaker. She was member of the EasternStar, Ida Morningstar Chapter, and Grace Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Orphis Chapman; a son, Lloyd (Shirley); three granddaughters, Christa Hall of Trenton, Abbie Amaya (Luis) of Monroe and Angie Fryman (Shawn) of Trenton; and four grandsons, Cole, Alex, Nicholas and Nathaniel. Mrs. Chapman was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rosellen (Brashears) Madden, four brothers and five sisters. ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, with Dr. Howard Sears officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
