MARIE LONG DIES MAY 6 AT LEXINGTON
 
Jayne Marie Long, 44, of Callaboose Road died Thursday, May 6 at the
University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, after a short 
illness.

She was a daughter of the late Commodore Dewey and Cora Lee Gevedon
Long, a native of Wolfe County, member of the Sunlight Baptist Church
and an employee of Computer Peripherals, Inc.
 
Survivors are two brothers, Arvel Long and Artie Long, both of Campton;
one half brother, C.D. Long of Campton; two sisters, Mrs. Ida long of
Campton and Mrs. Mary Higdon of Charlotte, North Carolina.
 
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, May 9 1:30 p.m. at the Sunlight
Baptist Church with Brother Kenny Gevedon officiating.  Burial in the
Long Cemetery at Callaboose with Porter and Son Funeral Home in charge
of arrangements.
