Obituary: Lindon, Ollie Landsaw - Tuesday, November 21, 1978 Wolfe County News - Dec. 1, 1978 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** OLLIE LINDON PASSES NOV. 21 Ollie Landsaw Lindon, 72, widow of Harrison Lindon, died suddenly of a stroke at the Appalachian Regional Hospital West Liberty, at approximately 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21. She was a native of Breathitt County, and a member of the Campton Holiness Church. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Belle Combs Landsaw of Breathitt County. She is survived by three sons, Dorsie Lindon of Route 1 Campton, Edgar Lindon of Mt. Sterling, and Benjamin Lindon of Campton; two step-sons, Charlie Lindon of Mt. Sterling and Osa Lindon of Bethany; three step-daughters, Mrs. Roxie Spencer of Dayton, Ohio, Mrs. Pauline Bowling of Bethany, and Mrs. Stella Whisman of Campton; one brother, Taylor Landsaw, and one half-brother, Ceaser Trent, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana; one sister, Mrs. Hannah Williams of Route 1 Campton, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24 at the Porter and Son Funeral Chapel with Rev. Willard Gilbert officiating.
