I have put in () the correct surname SHELBY ROGERS (SPENCER) DIES OF HEART ATTACK FEB. 13 Shelby Rogers (Spencer) 63, of Rogers died Thursday, Feb. 13 at his home of a heart attack. Mr. Rogers (Spencer) was a retired employee of the Bluegrass Ordinance of Richmond, Ky., a veteran of World War II and a farmer. His wife preceded him in death Dec. 14, 1974. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Jean Smith of Heidelburg, KY., Mrs. Willadean Keating of Stanton, and Miss Susan Spencer of Dayton, Ohio; three sons, Kenneth Spencer of Campton, James Spencer of Germantown, Ohio, and Daymon Spencer of Rogers, two brothers, Roby and Kennith Spencer both of Rogers; five sisters, Mrs. Bessie Curtis of Mary, Esther Lewis of Pointiac, Mich., Mrs. Bonnie Harvey of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Vergie Gibbs of Dayton, Ohio and Mrs. Margie Pelfrey also of Dayton. Funeral services were conducted Sunday Feb. 16 at the Rogers Baptist Church with Revs., Grover Craft and David Robinson officiating.
