Price, 87, of 112 Iroquois Court, Lexington, widow of Henry N. Price, died Sunday, Oct. 26. She was a native of Wolfe County, daughter of Sherman Shackelford and Matilda Ann Tutt Shackelford. For many years she was a resident of Middletown Ohio where she was secretary of American Rolling Mills Company; former president of Armo Girls and Guides Study Club in Middletown. For the past 10 years she was a resident of Lexington and a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and a member of Captain John Wallard Chapter, daughters of the America Revolution. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Florence Rieke and Mrs. Sally Lindon of Lexington; one brother, Fredrick T. Shackelford of Indianapolis, Ind., and several nieces and nephews. The body was taken from Kerr Brothers funeral Home to the Joseph R. Baker and Son Funeral Home at Middletown, Ohio where funeral services were conducted. Burial was in Woodside Cemetery there.
