MRS. PELFREY OF SEWELL DIES

Mrs. Ida B. Pelfrey, 78, of Sewell, died at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. 
Mary Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn., after a 12 day illness.  She was a 
member of the Christian Church and was a native of Breathitt County.

Surivors are her husband, William Lewis Pelfrey; three daughters, Mrs. 
Vernon Walker of Coinjock, N.C., Mrs. Pearl Bumgardner of Campton, and 
Mrs. Roy Fugate of Jackson; two sons, Jack Pelfrey, Knoxville, and 
Herbert K. Pelfrey of Powell, Tenn; two sisters, Mrs. Price Maloney of 
Lothair and Mrs. Dan Thomas of Vicco; two brothers, Wayne Taulbee of 
Whitesburg and Beckham Taulbee of Fort Wayne, Ind; 15 grandchildren, and 11 
great-grandchildren.

Services, conducted Friday at the Morgue Church at Sewell by Rev. Oney 
Banks.  Burial was in the Pelfrey Cemetery at Sewell.
