Obituary: Stamper, Pauline Brown - Sunday, December 11, 1983 Wolfe County News - Dec. 23, 1983 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** WOLFE NATIVE DIES IN OHIO Pauline Brown Stamper, 69 of 141 Deneen Ave., Monroe, Ohio died at the Middletown Hospital Sunday morning. Dec. 11 of cancer. She was born in Wolfe County Jan. 27, 1914, the daughter of the late James F. Brown and Leota Combs Brown Devoss. Survivors include her husband James Harlon Stamper, Monroe, Ohio, (formerly of Campton) two daughters, Mrs. Sue Muegel, Mason, Ohio and Mrs. Loretta Teriau of Elm Grove, Wis.; five grandchildren; two sisters, Kathleen Lyle, Trent, Ohio and Marcille Peters, St. Clair Shores, Mich.; one brother, James I. Brown, Boyton Beach, Fla. Funeral service was conducted at Breitenback McCoy-Leffler Funeral Chapel with Rev. Harold Brown, Somerset, Ky., officiating.
