COURTNEY NOBLE OF MARY PASSES TUES. AT AGE 66
 
Courtney Noble of Mary died Tuesday, June 28 at St. Joseph Hospital in
Lexington following a short illness.  He was 66.
 
Mr. Noble was a district director of the U.S. Department of
Agriculture's Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service, a
position he had held for about 14 years.
 
A retired school teacher and farmer, he was a graduate of Eastern
Kentucky University.
 
He is survived by his wife, Hazel Banks Noble; his mother, Mary Noble 
of Mary; three daughters, Elizabeth Fox of Richmond and Pamela Oliver 
and Emma Sparks of Mary; a son, Courtney Noble, Jr., of Mary; a brother, 
and 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
 
Funeral services Friday, July 1, at the Church of God in Campton with
Shackelford Funeral Home of Campton in charge of arrangements.
