Charles Edward Wells, 54, of Daysboro, died at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 5 enroute to a Huntington, West Virginia Hospital. He was a native of Wolfe County, a retired employee of the C & O Railroad, a member of the Daysboro Church of Christ, and the son of the late Ed and Bonnie Reed Wells. Survivors are one uncle, Harrison Reed of Norwood, Ohio and one nephew, Yondal Ray Helton of Campton, Virginia. Funeral services 1 p.m. Saturday, July 7 at the Daysboro Church of Christ with Rev. Wendell Gibbs officiating.
