Obituary: Dunn, Harold - Sunday, February 24, 1985 Wolfe County News - March 1985 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** RITES HELD FOR HAROLD DUNN AT LEE CITY FEB. 28 Mr. Harold Dunn, 53, died Sunday, Feb. 24 at the Drake Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio, after a long illness. Mr. Dunn had been in a coma forapproximately two years. Mr. Dunn was born Oct. 6, 1931 in Wolfe County, a son of James Dunn, Sr., of Lee City and the late Cynthia Akers Dunn. He was a member of the Church of God and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors besides his father are three sons, James Dunn of Ludlow, Ky., David and Tony Dunn both of Cincinnati, Ohio; six daughters, Mrs. Joyce Murphy and Mrs. Alice Thompson both of Ludlow, Ky., Delores Marcum of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Earlene Zimmer, Linda Hammons and Brenda Dunn all of Cincinnati, Ohio; four brothers, John C. Dunn, James Dunn, Jr., and Hobart Dunn all of Lee City, General Dunn of Mt. Sterling; four sisters, Carrie Hatton of Dayton, Ohio, Callie Long of Arizona, Delores Campbell of Hazel Green and Allene Young of Dayton, Ohio; twelve grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at the Lee City Community Church with Rev. Johnnie Richey officiating.
