JOE SPARKS OF TAR RIDGE DIES AUG. 9
 
Joe Charlie Sparks, 73, died suddenly Tuesday, Aug. 9 at his residence
at Tar Ridge in Wolfe County.
 
Survivors include his wife, Rinda McQuinn Sparks; one son Kenneth Sparks
of Rogers; three grandchildren; three brothers, John Sparks and Albert
Sparks, both of Rogers, and Sam Sparks of Middletown, Ohio; three
sisters, Roxie McClure of Rogers, Sylvia Brewer and Eula Booth, both of
Middletown, Ohio.
 
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Aug. 11 at Shackelford Funeral
Home Chapel with Rev. Omer Spencer officiating.  Burial in the McQuinn
Cemetery at Tar Ridge in Wolfe County with Shackelford Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
