Mrs. Chesley Lacy Nickell Patrick, 86 of Hazel Green d. Dec. 2, 1986 at
her residence after an extended illness.
 
Mrs. Patrick was born Oct. 23, 1900 at Insko.  She was a daughter of 
the late Moses Lacy and Dora Conley Lacy.  Two sons also preceded her 
in death; Marvin Nickell and James Edward Nickell.
 
Mrs. Patrick was a member of the Christian Church.
 
Survivors are three daughters: Maxine Finch, West Liberty; Dora
Malarkey, Dayton, Ohio; Carolyn Patrick Story, Flemingsburg.  Two sons:
Lucian Nickell, Middletown, Ohio; Harold Nickell, Middletown, Ohio.
Four brothers: Hobert Lacy, Morehead; Forest Lacy, Insko; George Lacy,
Cannel City; Curtis Lacy, Insko.  Five sisters: Noka Bach, Lexington;
Crystal Rowland, Ezel; Hazel Burton, Mineral City, Ohio, Mae Smith,
Springfield, Ohio, Gray Crase, Union.  Fifteen grandchildren.  Several
great grandchildren.
 
Burial in the Patrick Cemetery with Herald and Stewart Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
