Wolfe County News - March 30, 1966

MRS. LULA TERRELL ALLEN, 75 died at her home at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 
27, after a two month illness.  She was a native and also a life-long 
resident of the Church of God.

Survivors are three daughters, Miss Jewell Allen, North Miami, Fla., 
Mrs. Vera Myers, Hialeah, Fla.: Mrs. Marie Liman, Rector, Ark.: one son 
Arlyand Allen, Campton; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Taulbee, Campton: Mrs. 
Pearlie Stamper, South Irvine, Mrs. Minnie Hollon, Beattyville; a 
brother Jesse Terrell, Campton; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Services conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Campton Methodist Church by 
the Rev. Glenn Courts.  Burial in the White Cemetery.  Shackelford 
Funeral Home in charge.

and Nancy Smith.
