Charlie Amburgey, 69, Campton d. April 5 at the St. Claire Medical
Center, Morehead after a long illness.
 
Mr. Amburgey was a native of Wolfe County, a member of the Church of
Christ and a retired employee of Price Brothers Company, Dayton, Ohio.
He was a son of the late Claude and Edith Taulbee Amburgey.
 
Survivors are his wife, Mable Taulbee Amburgey of Campton; four sons,
Charles Amburgey of Newport, Washington, Kenneth Amburgey of Campton,
Ralph Amburgey of Hazel Green and Danny Amburgey of Hazel Green, four
daughters, Laura Frances Vanderpool of Montewello, Montana, Ruby 
Knowles of Urbana, Ohio, Brenda Gibbs of Campton and Lunda/Linda Whisman of
Campton; three brothers, Ova Amburgey of West Carrollton, Ohio, Isaac
William Amburgey of Dayton, Ohio and Frank Amburgey of Miamisburg, Ohio;
two sisters, Prudy Banks of West Carrollton, Ohio and Calah Lacy of
Georgia; fifteen grandchildren, two step grandchildren and two great
grandchildren.
