Lykins Chester, 75, daughter of the late John and Lizzie Spencer Lykins, died Wed. Feb. 26, at the Meadow Wood Nursing Home in Georgetown, Ohio, where she had resided for the past five years. Mrs. Chester was a native of Wolfe County and a member of the Church of God. Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Juanita Stacy and Mrs. Maretta Luke of Bethel, Ohio, Mrs. Gladys Helton of Campton, Mrs. Wanda Luke of Batavia, Ohio; two sons, Burl Peck of Dayton, Ohio and Dorsie Stacy of Williamsburg, O.; three brothers, Delmar Lykins of Campton, Elmar Lykins of Valeria, and Dorsie Lykins of Jeffersonville; two sisters, Mrs. Verl Sargent of Campton and Mrs. Sadie Cornue of Corning, New York; 22 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sat. March 1, at the Porter and Son Funeral Home, with Rev. Kenneth _____ and Rev. Omer Spencer officiating.
