Obituary: Risner, Lee - Sunday, May 16, 1982 Wolfe County News - 1982 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** DEATH CLAIMS LEE RISNER Lee Risner, 72, of Route 1 Campton died Sunday, May 16 at his home after a long illness of Cancer. A native of Breathitt county, he was a son of the late James and Mary O'Hair Risner. He had been employed as a state or county worker for 25 years. Surviving are his wife, Stella Risner; two sons, Carl Risner of Middletown, Ohio and Darrell Risner of Route 1, Campton; eight daughters, Sharon Crase of Hazel Green, Helen Sweeney of Hamilton, Ohio, Pauline Shockey of Middletown, Ohio, Maxine McGuire, Wanda Roberts and Mary Poore, all of Lexington, Fern Wheeler of Franklin, Ohio, and Nellie Wooldridge of Rt. 1, Campton; two sisters, Lillie Moore and Stella Risner of Middletown, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral was conducted Wed. May 19, at 1 p.m. at Lee City Mission Church by Rev. Bee May and Rev. Gary brown.
