TOLSON, 76, DIES JAN. 2 William Floyd Tolson, 76, of Frenchburg died Thursday, Jan. 2 at his home from a heart attack. He was a native of Wolfe County and a retired farmer. He was the son of the late James Perry and Rebecca Maddox Tolson. Survivors are three sons, Willis Tolson of Frenchburg, Beecher Tolson of Dayton, Ohio and Sherbert Tolson of West Liberty, four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hayden of Lexington, Mrs. Ruth Shields of Oklahoma, Mrs. Devon Hurt of Campton, and Mrs. Alma Henry of Denton, Texas; four brothers, Logan Tolson of Millersburg, Ky., Edgar Tolson of Campton, Elvin Tolson of Clay City and Sam Tolson of Pearson, Indiana; two sisters, Mrs. Hahala Profitt of Miamisburg, Ohio and Maggie King of Millersburg, Ky., also 28 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted, Sunday, Jan. 5 at the Porter and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Willard Gilbet officiating.
