G.W. WILLIAMS, DIES IN OHIO
 
General Worth Williams, 83, Middletown, Ohio, and formerly of Campton,
died Thursday, Dec. 26 at the Fairchild Nursing Home in Middletown.  He
was a native of Wolfe County, a retired farmer and attended the Church
of God.  He was the son of the late Newt and Oma Creech Williams.
 
Survivors are one son, Jerry Williams of Lexington, one daughter, Mrs.
Naomi Salley of Middletown, Ohio, one sister, Mrs. Mary Hayworth of
Middletown, three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
 
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Dec. 29 at the Porter and Son
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Green Ratliff officiating.  Burial was in
the Williams Cemetery in Campton with Porter and Son Funeral Home in
charge.
