DEATH CLAIMS MR. WHISMAN
 
Cortis Whisman, 62, died Friday, Nov. 18 at his home in Campton after a
short illness.
 
Mr. Whisman, a son of the late Jesse and Estelle Cable Whisman is
survived by four sons, Asa Whisman of Campton,  Randy and Chris Whisman,
both of Cynthiana, four daughters, Donna Covington of Georgetown, and
Shirley Whisman, Nancy crump and Sandra Hughes all of Cynthiana and 16
grandchildren.
 
He is also survived by three brothers, Raymond and Eugene Whisman of
Campton and Robert Whisman of Michigan, and one sister, Mayme Williams
of Ohio.
 
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Nov. 21 at 2 p.m. at the
Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Thomas officiating.
Burial in the family cemetery on Mullins Point Road with Shackelford
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
