Obituary: King, Lucy Thomas - Tuesday, January 26, 1982 Wolfe County News - January 1982 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** LUCY KING DIES JAN. 26 Lucy Thomas King, 76, died Tuesday, Jan. 26 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Whitley County and was a member of the Church of God. Survivors are four daughters, Charline Bighow of Cincinnati, Ohio; Irene Maloney of Farmington Hills, Michigan; Jewel Bole of Newport; Judith Ledbetter Farmpton, Texas; Sharon Clemmons of Russell; four sons, John King of Dayton, Ohio; Vernon King of Hawaii; Marvin King of Clarkston, Michigan; Kenneth King of Jacksonville, Texas; one sister, Ethel Colgrove of Melborne, Florida; twenty five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 30 at 2 p.m. at the Campton Baptist Church with Rev. James Hisle officiating.
