MRS. RUSSELL DIES JUNE 5
 
Pearl Cable Russell, 93, died Sat. June 5 at Appalachian Regional
Hospital, West Liberty.  She was a native and life-long resident of
Wolfe County and the widow of Robert Russell.
 
Surviving are three sons, Taylor Russell of Campton,  Rufford Russell 
of Route 1 Campton, and Buford Russell of Winchester; two daughters, 
Mrs. Otha Perry of Loveland, Ohio, Ruby Creech of Rogers, 18 grandchildren
and a number of great-grandchildren.
 
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, June 7 at the Campton
Church of God with Rev. Doyle Thomas officiating.  Burial was in the
family cemetery on Sandy Ridge with Shackelford Funeral Home in charge
of arrangements.
