TUTT WOLFE NATIVE, PASSES JULY 13 James Bert Tutt, 86, Lexington, KY, formerly of Wolfe County died early Wednesday morning, July 13 at the Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital in West Liberty after an extended illness. He was born April 3, 1891 and was the oldest son of the late Thomas Kelly Tutt and Llewellyn Crawford Tutt. He was married in 1911 to Ella Center who preceded him in death June 3, 1974. To their union were born five sons, all of whom survive. Pryce Tutt and Bert Tutt, Campton: Chester Harold Tutt, Dayton, Ohio; Marvin Tutt and Robert Tutt, Lexington; six grandchildren, Mrs. James Allen III, Franklin, Ohio; Mrs. Mark Kellermeyer, Houston, Texas; Mrs. Charles Tomilnson, Lynn Alan, John and Kelly Tutt, all of Lexington and five great grandchildren. Other survivors include three sisters; Mrs. Leah Abel, Lexington, Mrs. Daniel H. Center and Mrs. Luther M. Ambrose, both of Berea; one brother, Thomas H. Tutt, Louisville and a host of relatives and friends. Services were conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at the Campton Baptist Church with the Rev. Doyle Thomas and the Rev. Willie Taylor officiating. Music was rendered by members of the Campton Baptist choir. Honorary pallbearers were Orville Center, John Buchanan, S.B. Rose, Taylor Graham, Harry Risner, Garrett Childers, James L. Swope, Mountie Lovelace, Albert Elkins and Joe Mayabb. Pallbearers were Bob Mayabb, Kenny Clark, Luther Willis Center, Kelly Tutt, John Tutt and Lynn Alan Tutt.
