Retired Merchant, 94 year old William "Bill" Dykes of Paris, Ky died at
Bourbon County Hospital, Fri, December 6 after a three days illness.  
He was a native of Helechawa, Ky.
 
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lola Eshelman, Lafayette, La., four
sisters, Mrs. Carrie Alsept and Mrs. John D. Hamton , both of
Jeffersonville, KY.; Mrs. Lizzie King, Ormand Beach, Fla., Mrs. Mary
Elam, Dayton, Ohio; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
 
Rev. W.W. Thompson officiated at funeral services Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 2
p.m. at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial was in the Taulbee
Cemetery, Sewell.
