Wolfe County News, Nov. 1, 1946

Mollie Tutt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Bailey of Campton died at 
her home near Campton, Oct. 21 during the birth of a baby, which was 
stillborn.  She is survived by her husband, Luther Tutt, and nine children, 
ranging in age from two to 14 years of age.  Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
H.H. Bailey, Campton and four sisters, Mrs. Henry Clay Chambers, Mrs. 
Callie Buchanan, Mrs. Marion Stamper, and Miss Lonnie Beasley.

She was buried in the Bethel cemetery after funeral services held at 
the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Bailey, on October 23.  She 
and her little baby were buried together in the same grave.

Carole

Mollie (or Mallie) is the daughter of Henry Howard Bailey and Emma 
Elam. She was born February 18, 1901. Her husband was Luther Wesley Tutt,
a great grandson of John Jacob Tutt and Virginia Kelly. The baby's name was 
Lily Edna Tutt. Luther Tutt is the first cousin, once removed of Thomas 
Kelly Tutt (Llewellyn Crawford's husband)

The Bethel Cemetery, Gosneyville Cemetery, and John Jacob Tutt Cemetery 
are the same.
