MILLARD HOLLON, 50 DIED FEBRUARY 15	

Millard Hollon, 50 died at his home near Campton, in Wolfe county, 
February 15, 1950, after an illness of one month.  He is survived by his 
wife, Comfort Hollon, three sons, Arlie Hollon, Paris Elza Hollon, 
Campton, and Arnold Hollon, Campton; six daughters, Dora Osborne, Middletown, 
O., Virgil Buchanan, Campton, Nora King, Stanton, Judie Dalton, 
Campton, Lucille Combs, Landsaw, and Delia Cockrell, Landsaw.

Two brothers also survive him, Ike Hollon, Hollonsville, and Dick 
Hollon, Campton.  Three sisters, Normie Gibbs, Campton, Caroline Short, 
Frenchburg and Judie Coldiron, Campton.

Funeral services were conducted at the home under the directon of 
Hearne Funeral Home, with Rev. Lump Osborne officating.  The deceased was a 
member of the Church of God.

He was laid to rest in the Swango burial place, immediately following 
the funeral on Feb. 17.
