MRS. ROSA GIBBS DIES APRIL 23RD.

Mrs. Rosa Gibbs, 60 years of age, died Friday, April 23rd, at her home 
on Lacy Creek.  Funeral services were conducted at Public Square by 
Rev. John Dalton on Saturday, April 24.  She was buried at Public Square 
immediately following the funeral.

She is survived by her husband, Clayton Gibbs of Hazel Green, four 
daughters, Mrs. Julius Evans of Huntington, W.Va., Mrs. Steve Brewer of 
Middletown, O., Mrs. Clarence Maddox of Middletown, O., and Mrs. William 
Morn of Cincinnati, O. One son, Richard Byrd, of Middletown, O., All the 
children came home for the funeral services and burial of their mother.

She was also survived by four sisters, Mrs. Virgil Robinson, Mrs. 
Jahile Fallen, and Mrs. Bill Byrd, all of Hazel Green, and Mrs. D. Hollon of 
Lexington.  Several nieces and nephews and other relatives.

One granddaughter, Mrs. Ramona Stafford and a grandson of London, O., 
and others are survivors.
