AUTO ACCIDENT

Mr. Davie Watkins was killed in a car wreck on Black Creek road in 
Powell County, Satruday night, November 24.  Mr. Watkins lived on Morris 
Creek in Powell County but was originally from Wolfe County.

The body was taken to the home of his father, Mr. Jack Watkins, on 
Little Holly Creek in Wolfe County.

Funeral services were held at the home Monday at 2:00.  Burial was made 
in the family cemetery by Hearne Funeral Home.

He is survived by his mother, father, three daughters, five sons, two 
brothers and one sister.
