WOLFE COUNTY NEWS,   April 5, 1950

A NATIVE OF WOLFE COUNTY PASSES ON

Mrs. Nancy Taulbee a resident of Cincinnati, O., departed this life 
March 23.  Her death came as the result of a stroke.  She had suffred two 
previous strokes.  Mrs. Taulbee was born and reared in Wolfe County, 
Ky.

She is survived by her seven children; five of which were daughters and 
two sons.  Her daughters are: Mrs. Luther Vineyard, Cincinnati, O., 
Mrs. Elisha Chambers, Hazel Green; Mrs. Roy Dunham, Mrs. Bernice Allen and 
Mrs. Samuel Stone, all of Cincinnati, O.  The sons are: Mr. Lenix 
Taulbee, Hazel Green; and Mr. Bernard Taulbee, Dayton. O.

Four sisters also mourn her loss; Mrs. Silas Taulbee, and Mrs. Garrett 
Hall, both of Hazel Green:  Mrs. Jim Tutt, Ezel and Mrs. Bill Williams, 
Grayson, Ky; twenty-four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; a 
host of friends and other loved ones.

Mrs. Taulbee was preceded in death by one child.  Funeral services were 
conducted by Rev. Elmer Harrington, pastor of the Hazel Green Church of 
God, at his local church on Sunday morning at Ten O'Clock and burial 
followed in the Hazel Green Cemetery.  Pallbearers were: Glen Taulbee, 
Earnest Collins, Elzie Keaton, Roy Dunahm, Luther Vineyard.  Samuel Stone 
and Elisha Chambers.  Burial arrangements were in charge of Mr. E. A. 
Arnett.
