NANCY ASBERRY, WOLFE RESIDENT GOES TO REWARD

Nancy Patton Asberry, age 79 died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. 
Hobart Young, of St. Albens, W.VA., on Wednesday, December 19, 1951 after 
an illness of three weeks.

She is survived by the husband. O.T. Asberry of Campton, KY, a son 
James P. Asberry of Dayton, Ohio, and two daughters, Mr. Hobart Young of 
St. Albiens, W.Va and Mrs. W.C. Smith of Campton, Ky.

Four sisters remain to mourn her loss also; Mrs. Bell Hobbs, 
Beattyville, KY., Mrs. Bette Taulbee, Congleton, Ky., Miss Laura Patton, 
Lexington, KY,; and Mrs. Maggie Rose of Indiana.  Also two brothers: Jeff 
Patton of Hollonsville, KY., and Frank Patton of Campton, Ky.

Eleven grandchildren and 1_? great grandchildren also survive her as 
well as a host of friends and other relatives.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Shirl Davidson pastor of the 
Campton Baptist Church in the Church here at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 
21.  Funeral and burial arrangements were in charge of Hearne Funeral 
Home of Campton and the burial was in the Evans Cemetery at Campton on 
Friday afternoon.

The deceased was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Charleston, 
W.VA., and she was a member of the Daughters of America.
