FRANK PATTON DIED SATURDAY AT AGE OF 90

Frank Patton, age 90, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Cora 
Shepherd, in Campton, Saturday, January 8th.  Funeral services were 
conducted at the home on Monday, the 10th at 10:00 with Rev. John Dalton and 
Rev. Charles Rose in charge.  Burial was in the family cemetery Monday 
afternoon at Vortex.

He is survived by one son, John Patton, of Campton, and five daughters; 
Mrs. Esther Harris, Campton; Mrs. Cora Shepherd, Campton; Mrs. Dixie 
Rowe, Muskegan, Mich; Mrs. Alma Divine, and Mrs. Viola Biddle, both of 
Covington; about 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.  Also one 
brother, Jeff Patton, of Holly, and four sisters: Mrs. Laura Patton, 
Lexington, Mrs. Bell Hobbs and Mrs. Betty Taulbee both of Beattyville and 
Mrs. Maggie Rose of Kokomo, Ind.
