LENGTHY ILLNESS FATAL HERE TO NELLIE ROBERTS

Mrs. Nellie Roberts, 63 of Campton died June 12 after a lingering 
illness. 

She is survived by her husband Elmer Roberts, Campton, one daughter, 
Mrs. Tiny Lumpkins, and two sons, Lee Roberts and Matt Roberts all of 
Campton; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. D.B. Lee, Campton, and four sisters, 
Mrs. Callie Ewen, Stanton; Mrs. Sallie Combs, Dayton, Ohio; Mrs. Elsie 
Roberts, Clay City; and Mrs. Heddie Shapman, Norfolk, VA and four 
brothers, Virgil Lee and Nora Lee and Ernest Lee of Campton.

Funeral was conducted at the home Tuesday at one p.m. with Rev. Walter 
Strong, pastor of the First Church of God, Campton, officiating.

Pall bearers were Robert Dickey, Arlen Allen, Arlie Phillips, Clarence 
Fulks and Tunis Carroll.
