STILLWATER LADY PASSES IN WOLFE AT AGE OF 91

Mrs. Rebecca Jane Rose Edwards, daughter of the late Robert Rose and 
Mrs. Fannie Nickells Rose, was born Jan. 22, 1861 and departed this life 
on March 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the age of 91years.

She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church, Trent, Ky., for 69 
years.

She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Etta Maloney, Walton, Ky.; Mrs. 
Stella Coldiron, Dry Ridge, Ky.,  Mrs. Ethel Dickerson, Ashland, Ky., 
Mrs. Ella Stamper, Dry Ridge, Ky., Mrs. Golden Taulbee of Toliver, Ky.

Three sons: Edgar Edwards, Stillwater, Marion Edwards, Stillwater with 
whom she made her home, and Orban Edwards, of Elliston, Ky.,  54 
grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by one half sister, Mrs. Maranda Tyra of Campton 
and a half brother, Jeff Rose of Michigan.

Funeral services and burial was held on Monday afternoon, March 17.  
Burial was in the family cemetery and the funeral was at the home.
