NANCY K. WATKINS DIED ON JUNE 27

Mrs. Nancy Katheryn Watkins, 78 died at her home at Rogers, KY, on June 
27, 1950.  Mrs. Watkins had been suffering from cancer for some time.  
Her birthday was on June 8th.

She is survived by her bereaved husband, Myles Watkins, Rogers, Ky.: 
two sons, Leonard Watkins of Wisconsin, Harrison Watkins of Jeff, KY, 
four daughters; Mrs. Dora Bailey, Mrs. Mary Alice Johnson, Jackson, Ky., 
Mrs. Myrtle Fraley, Jeff, KY., Mrs. Victoria Hobbs, Fincastle, Ky, and 
several grandchildren.  Also three brothers; Billy Carroll, Middletown, 
O., Jack Carroll, Indiana and Edward Carroll, Campton, Ky, and one 
sister, Mrs. Mary Hobbs of Stanton, Ky.  Many other relatives and friends 
remain to mourn her loss.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. M.P. Bryant and singing was 
by the quartet from Zoe.  The body was laid to rest in the Whisman 
Cemetery at Big Andy.
