FUNERAL RITES HELD MONDAY FOR I.S. MILLER

Funeral services for I.S. Miller were held at the Campton Baptist 
Church on Monday, Jan. 12 at 1 o'clock with Rev. John Dalton officiating.  
Mr. Miller had been in poor health for the past year and died suddenly 
of a heart attack on Friday morning, Jan. 9th at his home in Mt. 
Sterling, Ky.

Burial was in charge of Hearne Funeral Home and in the family cemetery 
near Campton.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Josie Hollon Miller, Mt. Sterling, and 
two daughters, Mrs. Garnett Browne; Ft. Wayne, Ind. and Mrs. Bonnie 
Oldfield, Mt. Sterling, and four sons;Charles D. Miller, Dayton, Isaac 
Lester, Dayton, John Alvis and William Herbert, both of Campton.

There are 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Three sisters; 
Mrs. Celia Cable, and Mrs.  Lizzie Cable, both of Campton and Mrs. 
Zerilda Hanks of Middletown, Ohio and two brothers, John Miller of 
Winchester and Robert L. Miller of Hazel Green.  Numerous other relatives and a 
host of friends.  The deceased was a member of the Campton Baptist 
Church.
