Wolfe County News - March 7, 1956

FUNERAL FOR WOLFE LADY, 61 AT WHITESBURG

Mrs. Cora Amburgey, 61 of Wolfe county died on February 29.  She is 
survived by her husband, Shade Amburgey, Hiram's Branch, four daughters, 
Mrs. Callie Moore, Middletown, Ohio; Mrs. Cora Kelly, Campton, Mrs. 
Delta Barker, Campton and Miss Daisy Amburgey, Campton, also four sons; 
Clava, Whitesburg, Luther, Vicco, Carlie, Carlisle and Johnnie of 
Carlisle.

Arrangements for funeral and burial were in charge of Hearne Funeral 
Home.

Funeral and burial were both held at the cemetery at Whitesburg in 
Letcher County.
