Obituary: Hollon, Carl "Rodney" - Wednesday, October 7, 2009 Published in The Middletown Journal on 10/9/2009 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** HOLLON, Carl "Rodney" age 54, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at his residence. He was born August 9, 1955 in Middletown, OH to Carl and Angie (Hobbs) Hollon. He graduated from Madison High School in 1973. He was a welder for Olympic Mill Service for 5 years, Local #18 and worked for Black Clawson for 28 years. Rodney was a member and trustee of the Eagles Lodge Crystal Aerie #3458. He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Hollon; brother, Donnie Ray Hollon and sister, Regina Mullins. Rodney is survived by his mother, Angie Hollon; son, Carl Shane (Leshia Norris) Hollon; daughter, Sheena (Adam Lintner) Hollon; granddaughter, Jada; sisters, Joyce (Bo) Dixon, Sheila Andre, Tonya (Jimmy) Ward; brothers, Roger Hollon, Bill (Sally Dalton) Hollon, Darrin (Gina) Hollon; his girlfriend, Cindy Adams and her daughter, Kaleigh Adams all of Middletown and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, October 9, 2009 from 5:00-8:00 PM Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 12:00 PM at Tarr Ridge Church of God, Roger's, KY. Interment will be at Hobb's Cemetery.
